You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags, protective films, and accessories intact.
  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@sovereignwatchco.com with your order number and a clear explanation of why you wish to return or exchange the item. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the item back to us using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    • Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange after the inspection is complete.

 

5. Refund Processing

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@sovereignwatchco.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
